Navigating Anxiety in Turbulent Times: Leading with Resilience and Awareness Webinar

We are excited to announce a webinar “Navigating Anxiety in Turbulent Times: Leading with Resilience and Awareness” with Dana Warren!

We are living through a global health crisis with no modern-day precedent. Everything has changed; our business models, our priorities, and our daily routines. Whether in business, non-profits, or government, leaders are juggling additional demands on their time, attention, and focus. “Pivoting” has added a whole new set of demands that have great potential to impact our mental health. Naturally, all of us are experiencing heightened anxiety as we continue to navigate uncertainty and cope with the ever-present threat of the unknown.

This webinar will explore key areas for building resilience and staying emotionally and mentally healthy with a practical approach to adapting as individuals and leaders. In these turbulent times, it is important to be aware of our stressors, accept an ever-changing reality and be compassionate towards ourselves and those we lead.
